- Ghostwriting services
- Editing and proofreading
- Book cover design and formatting
- ISBN and barcode services
- Publishing platform setup
- Marketing, SEO, and promotional services
- Print-on-demand and distribution services
3. Service Delivery & Acceptance
Any work delivered, drafts shared, designs submitted, accounts created, or services rendered after the 14-day refund window are considered accepted by the client and are not eligible for refunds.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us directly for refund requests. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in service termination and account suspension.
6. Policy Updates
